This client inherited a royal blue dining room from a previous owner and wanted to stick within the realms of blue but upgrade the decor to warm up the room and add a bit more interest. We chose a textured wallpaper with flecks of copper to tie in with the curtains and lights, and generally warm the tones of the room. This changed the colour to a rich purple blue which made the room feel much cosier. Being on the north east side of the house, warming the room was important.
