The brief was to transform this empty new build plot into a haven to attract wildlife all-year-round with fairly low maintenance planting options for a busy full time working household, also providing an entertainment space to relax and take in the views throughout the space along with a utility area for storage. Due to budget restraints, they also wanted a design build that could be staggered, therefore phasing the completion of each area based on their own priorities.
